What to Expect?

A sprawling 16-hectare park, with a beautiful 12-hectaure lake as its core. The park is set around a lake which makes for a nice wander and on a clear day you have a nice view over to the city.

As you would expect from most parks, jogging trails and basic gym equipments can be found along the tracks.

The lake is well taken care of with landscaping works by DBKL. During weekend afternoons, you might find a number of food stalls erected outside the park serving popular local delicacies and snacks. Visitors can also spot ducks and turtle in the lake.

For family with kids, there 3 different playgrounds set out at intervals around the lake. Children will never run out of slides and climbing frames to have fun as they stroll through the park!

The park is quite large, with a huge lake and a jogging track around it. However, the path is only 4 feet wide, so rather narrow for two-way traffic.

Also, the path does not completely go around the lake as some houses have been built to the edge of the lake on the west side.

There are some useful exercise stations along the path.

If only the path were much wider, more people would use this park. As it is, it seems under-utilised.

Opens at 6am and closes at 10pm daily as of now. Minus one star because 1 walk around the park does not complete the circle but forced to walk back the way I came from. Plus one star because of beautiful view morning and night.

Went here for sunset before ifthar. Can see our all four supertall towers, KL118, the exchange TRX, Petronas tower and KL tower. Park is clean and serene. Great time!

The view of the lake is beautiful, got playground for kids to play, many types of fishes and tortoises in the lake waiting to be fed by the visitors. This is a very suitable place for people to do recreational activities such as walking or running. There are food courts and toilets also here. The place is well maintained and clean.
