RockWorld has 2 outlets in Johor Bahru, which are located at Setia Business Park 2, 81300 Skudai, Johor and Indahpura Sports City, 81000 Kulai, Johor. Its opening hours is from 5pm to 11:30pm every day except Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 10pm and closed on Monday.

For fans of ‘ wall climbing ‘ out there, this center offers a different ranged of walls and difficulties, and games suited to climbers - from Bouldering Wall, Slackline, Skywalk, to Work-out Areas. There is also a Kids Bouldering Wall for children.







Rock World climbing is also suitable for the whole family to visit in order to spend time together with more demanding free time activities. The primary goal of Rock World is to promote wall-climbing to the public. If you’re a new climber, rest assured you’ll be assisted by professionals who will guide you through basic knowledge and techniques on how to make initial climbs. RockWorld also offers rock climbing, outdoor climbing trips, rock / wall climbing classes and workshops for event management.

Location

Rockworld is tucked away in Setia Business Park 2 at the northern edge of Johor Bahru. It's about half an hour's drive away from the middle of JB town itself, and you'll have to register yourself at the guardhouse to get into the industrial park. It's a bit of an odd location that was likely driven by cost efficiency, but it's probably a convenient drive for the folks working in JB but living on the outskirts of town.









Fees

This was definitely one of the more affordable climbing gyms around - apart from a one-time registration fee of RM1.00, a single entrance fee was RM15.00. Throw in RM10.00 to rent a full set of gear if you don't have your own. Belaying courses and belayers-for-hire are also available.
