3 weeks agoMany kids are left there by themselves, parents didn't even enter the play area. All kids should be supervised by their own parents. Some kids are just rude and bullies other kids or running around/rough play without bothering other younger kids around them. The photos attached are the culprits of snatching toy multiple times directly from my 18 months old toddler hands and even asked her younger sibling to do so after she was told not to do so also she started throwing balls at us when she can't get what she wants from my toddler. Loitering around my toddler after being pointed out their ill behavior and even dagger stares us the whole time. If these are your kids, please discipline them nicely and not be bullies at such a young age.
Pros- Ample space for parents to sit and rest, racks to put your belongings (foc) or even lockers(need to pay deposit), functioning cafe inside so you don't have to go out. Different types of games for children in such a small area.
Cons- Not as spacious as I thought for the price. Things are worn off. One of the receptionist at the counter just forced a pair of socks (Rm5) on me as my socks look like not a sock as she claimed it just because it is nude colour and not thick cotton socks kind. No strict masks implementation, got kid kept on coughing non stop also can enter, just spreading virus to others. -

a month agoHad very bad experience here, the staff is so rude and unfriendly , while my son was riding the bicycle and the staff which wearing yellow color shirt came and clean the winder and the bicycle was turning and the staff scold my 3 years old son which is so ridiculous , we we pay for kids play, if you wanna clean the area you can put cleaning in progress or do not entry sign, the place is ok but the staff really rude, will never come anymore

a month agoOne of the spacious indoor playground for toddlers to release their energy.
Also sell simple food and drinks inside with dining table and chairs available.
One child fee RM60(weekend/school holiday)comes with 2 free adult entrance. -

Place a bit isolated, not so many people here
Facilities are quite okay and acceptable
Cons:
They charged me RM100 for 2 kids during weekday
The area is consider small compare to the entrance fees. -

7 months agoFun place for toddlers and kids. Plenty of equipments and play area. Place generally clean. Price on the higher side rm40 on weekdays and rm60 weekends. Even though my kids only 14 mths still same price. Better for older kids.
