in the last weekHad the worst indoor playground experience here. The place is small, and we were not informed that they had a class party of at least 20 over kids. The kids were left unsupervised by their teachers let alone the staffs over there. Informed a male staff that the kids did not allow my kids to get into one of the play area and some other kid pushed my kids a few times at their steep stairway but all he could tell me was to give my kids some balls to play with in the ball pit. ???. He could barely understand what I was trying to convey and did nothing about it. Place has not much to offer anyway and is very very steep. Dangerous for young ones should they fall forward and roll down. Very narrow too. Poor ventilation. Will not recommend at all.

a month agoIt’s an okay place if you want to let your children drain off their energy while you go for shopping. The staff are friendly and those who are watching over the kids are doing their job. They may looks a bit fierce (maybe to make sure the kids follow the rules).

3 months agoBought the admission ticket via Klook @ RM 29/pax (weekday). It's a 3 storey playground & the width is about 3 badminton courts.
Accompanying adult has to pay RM8/pax.
If your child is afraid of heights, they may have a bit if challenge to get into the playground as the "staircase" to the entrance is steep and high (same place to exit). Definitely not toddler friendly.
Reminder: We're not allowed to bring in our bags/ water bottle into the playground. So if your child is thirsty mid play, they will need to climb down the stairs to the 'common area' where we leave our bags.
Only one time entry for kids. If they need to go to the restroom, there's one on the '1st floor' of the playground. Parents/Guardian are allowed to enter and exit the playground unlimited times for the day. During school holiday, there's a limit of 3hours play.
For the price paid for an indoor playground, I would pay a bit extra elsewhere for a more toddler & kids friendly and spacious play area. -

7 months agoWeekend RM 37 for kids and charging RM 8 for parents is too costly and time also limited to 3 hours and if kids go out cannot come in again. Kids will enjoy for sure but price and time they should consider

7 months agoPaid rm37/kid. And rm8 for adult during weekend. I can't tell if it is over priced. But kids had fun.
