Introduction
A sculpture garden in Teluk Bahang, by Penang-born glass artist Fuan Wong. The garden has a cultivated area of an acre, it holds some 300 species and varieties of plants. Arranged throughout the garden are display art by some 15 local and foreign artists.
What to Expect?
Alongside his own glass ‘trees’ and other sculptures, are the work of several other artists, both local and foreign. Intertwining through every corner is an amazing collection of plants that he has collected all his life, and which has outgrown his garden at home. Airplants, other bromeliads, cycads from Indochina and South Africa, aloes and agaves, ylang ylang trees and trees grown for their precious timber mix with a lush profusion of flowering plants and ferns.

3 weeks agoThis is a magical place, but very difficult to find. Google maps takes you in to Balik Pulau and back out again when you could just stop at the roundabout just outside the garden. The gardens are spectacular, the glass art is so beautiful and the two are melded together wonderfully. We spent a lovely 2 hours wandering around looking at the beautiful bromeliads and monkey cups etc. It is all well taken care of and well worth the entry fee. There is a gift shop on the way out with lots of glass pieces for sale. I highly recommend this place.

I am glad I met the person in charge who handle this garden. He told me the story of this garden, explain to me the plant, some art.
I like this place, the mosquitoes is quite a lot. So, better wear long sleeve and prepare repellent.
In the garden, can see many uncommon birds.
It used to have cafe there before MCO. Hope next time, the cafe is open back. I would like to spend longer time just sit there and enjoy. -
