Introduction
Also known as "Rumah Terbalik Melaka", this is a unique exhibition space within Malacca City, where visitors can step into an inverted version of a modern Malaysian house.
What to Expect?
Modeled after the archetypal Malaysian house, the exhibition is divided into 5 sections – living room, kitchen, kids' room, master bedroom, and bathroom. All are well-furbished with home interiors and decorations, except they're designated in their usual places upside down! Make the most out of your experience in this unique space and be sure to strike some wacky poses!
Explore up to five different sections of the upside down rooms. If you visit in groups and want to take a group photo, you can ask the friendly staffs on site to assist you. They can even give you suggestions on how to pose for an amazing photo. Drop by with your friends and family for a fun time together.
Don't hesitate to ask any member of the staff, they might even suggest some funny ideas for your snaps!

2 months agoIt is a cozy small house-like shop lot, equipped with beds, a toilet, kitchen, dining table, and various playful elements like Spiderman, a rickshaw, and a bicycle. The person who enjoyed the experience the most was my son, Devan. His curiosity and joy were evident, and his favorite spot was the toilet bowl. I jokingly told him that something might fall out from there, and he eagerly waited, constantly returning to check.
Our visit lasted approximately 45 minutes, although I didn't keep track of time precisely.
The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us in taking numerous photos, and thanks to them, my son and I had a wonderful time and captured some delightful memories.
If you're accompanied by young children, I highly recommend visiting and taking photos. The inquisitiveness of a young child will brighten your day, and children under 90cm tall can enter free of charge. My son didn't require a ticket, and I paid only RM 22, which was an excellent deal.
Upon returning home, he was worried that his bed might float up to the ceiling. As soon as we arrived, he rushed to check on his bed. Now he's peacefully asleep. Thank you, Melaka Upside Down House, for the unforgettable experience. -

4 months agoEntrance fee of 22/pax. For couples, the staff will help to take photos???. Too fast! They ask you to pose like this, haha! In a sec, it's done. Anw, you can still enjoy the view after taking photos. Nothing much to do, the place/room is small with different decors. The concept is unique, you may consider to visit.

10 months agoA great concept and makes for great pictures. Do get directions (google maps) as the place may be a little tricky to find. The staff are helpful.
It has about 4-5 rooms where you can take the photo upright and then turn the camera to see the furniture right side up but people upside down! Great place to visit for kids and adults!
