What to Expect?

Hutan Lipur Lentang is a recreational forest reserve at Bukit Tinggi. The Sungai Benus river feeds into the rainforest landscape, providing pools, cascades and even a waterfall at the distant edge of this nature park. A popular place for visitors on weekends, the area is served by a wide range of facilities including hawker stalls, public bathrooms, camping sites, gazebos and paved footpaths.

There are ample car parks spread along the tarmac road. It is a combine of hiking and water fall venue. The water here is damn cold and water stream is rapids. The river in Hutan Lipur lentang is full with Gigantic Rock. In some area, you will have a feeling back to the Jurassic park because all the giant rock, trees and soil is forest green.

Such is the sad state of Malaysia "Truly Asia". Never expected but sad to know this place being closed off indefinitely. This is one among the many other waterfall areas throughout Malaysia being shut down and the public won't be able to enjoy the beauty of nature as long as the respective state government is not handling their state well.
