Introduction
A 64-acre recreational park located in Cheras. A sprawling park with huge fields, you can expect to find a kid playground, and jogging and cycling trail through the park.
What to Expect?
One key complaint is the lack of shady trees, therefore please plan your visit to avoid hot sunny day.
There is a public wading pool - used to be made available for pool but it is closed due to poor maintenance.
All in all, still a good place for a walk and for kids to run around!

3 months agoIf there is 1 place that should be defended in this city, it is this park. It's the green lung of this ever increasing concrete encroachment.
The pond and the swimming pool have been closed since the start of the pandemic. I think it should stay closed, better that way, while covid19 is still around. -

3 months agoOne of the best maintained public park in KL. Very clean and lots of parking space. Only the trees are rather skinny and not providing enough shades.

6 months agoThe place is really good. Kids can enjoy the playground. Some of the things are under maintenance. The kids play area can be improved, noticed a lot of big red ants which we can see in every kid playing equipment. Over all good place.

7 months agoThis park reasonably well equipped with jogging and cycling path, resting huts, children's playground, large toilets with shower room, and many parking bays for our convenience. The park is situated behind PGRM building and Parc 3 Cheras with entrances on Jalan Pudu Perdana and Jalan 4/91 Taman Shamelin Perkasa. Generally, well up-kept with personnel seen cleaning and maintaining the park daily. The only drawback for me is the trees are still generally young and need some time to grow bigger to provide shelter. Good place to exercise for those staying nearby that vicinity.
