Ever thought of surfing in a shopping mall? Now you can with the flowriding and surfing simulator venue in 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Artificially created wave offers beginners & more experienced surfers reliable waves to ride.
What to Expect?
The activity combines the skills of surfing, wakeboarding, and skateboarding that will deliver a thrilling experience. Safely navigate the waves as each side of the simulator is equipped with safety walls in case you tip off from the board. Operated by high volume pumps, the FlowRider generates about 200,000 liters of water per minute over a composite membrane surface to a wrestling mat or tarpaulin.
For beginners, try sliding up and down and do carve turns. Die-hard surfers will surely enjoy numerous stunts like a 360-degree flip.
The facility is a hybrid boardsport combining the techniques of surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, wakeboarding and skimboarding, making it a perfect watersport getaway destination for all ages.
Flowrider also offers to host all types of events and functions, it is perfect for birthday parties, corporate/ group team building, school co-curriculum activities and more.They provide a wide range of lessons and courses from beginner to advance level with our dedicated coaches to improve your FlowRiding technique.

2 weeks ago1st experience with flowrider, the instructors were very helpful in guiding newbies like us, and it turned out to be really fun! Getting the entry via classpass is way more worth it though :)

7 months agoInstructor is very professional, patient and friendly. Price is reasonable and is very fun. Had to extend a day at the hotel for flowrider because my son love it so much. Counter staff is informative and friendly, call me when my son session ended earlier due to bad weather and there is a make up of 30mins the next day as he only play 30mins. Nice of the company to offer that.

7 months agoVery patient instructors who also taught a lot of tricks to my kids when doing the body surf board. When they start to progress to standing board, there were staff who were there to coach too. Very wonderful experience with them. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

11 months agoFun and exciting. The trainers were patient with the kids. The only thing is that it's too open at the parents and waiting area and a lot of people walking in makes it not secure. Got some like "local" tourists who came and snap photo, walk to our bags area , congested the place a bit. Got some families not coming for the rider but seating there and kids were playing in pool like it was public pool. But loved the experience.
