Pantai Redang Sekinchan Beach

Leanie Toh

"Love this beach and the decors but unfortunately not meant for swimming. No sandy beach. Its next to a fishing jetty. Can see fishing boats coming back in at noon. Nice place for bird watching too. The sea was calm and very relaxing. I love the 3 different tree houses. Would be great for family picnics with attached swings and slide though a bit rundown. There is a chinese temple, food stalls, snack and souvenir stalls nearby. The locally produced pure guava juice was very refreshing...RM5 for a std small bottle. Will be back to see sunset one day."   View

Audi Dream Farm

Jessie Chua

"The farm is spacious and not crowded since we came on Friday morning (puasa month and not holiday)
1 adult costs rm10.
1 basket of animal food RM15, add on RM5 for milk

My baby is happy. We get to see camels, horses, cows, goats, rabbit, pigeons, goose, ducks.

The animals are neglected. The rabbits not energetic, their fur worn off, eyes looks like have disease. The horses look thin. Goats and geese look starving, they were happy when they see food.

The condition of the farm not well maintained and not hyginenic. I was looking forward to see sunflowers but most of them are witted as u could see from video.

I truly hope the owner could do something. We had fun but I don't think we will come for second time."

Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bank Negara Malaysia Museum and Art Gallery, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. This unique museum offers a fascinating blend of history, art, and finance, providing visitors with an engaging and educational experience.

The museum is conveniently located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, easily accessible via public transportation. Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff members who were more than happy to provide assistance and answer any questions. The admission is free, which is always a bonus!

The exhibits are thoughtfully designed and well-presented, covering a wide range of topics related to Malaysia's economic history, financial systems, and the role of Bank Negara Malaysia. The interacti..."

Melaka River Park and Cruise

El Styles

"Costs 30 for adult foreigner. Kind of nice to go at night but was not as good as I was hoping. There is limited info broadcast over the speaker going upriver (and music coming back) but the it's hard to make out what they're saying. You cruise rather fast so it's not as peaceful as it could be. I was also hoping they would cruise to the big waterfront mosque but they didn't. Seems like it would be an easy/worthwhile addition. The lights of the city just weren't that spectacular. Felt like would be nicer to walk the riverside instead."   View

Mossy Forest

"It is a beautiful, misty and mossy forest. There are information panels describing the plants and their characteristics in both English and Malay. Personally, I think the trip will be more interesting with a guided tour while on a road trip.
We went during Ramhdan days at early morning. Not many people. We enjoy the nature, flowers and birds.
The trails are easy, if only because the stairs can be difficult for older people. But as long as one does not have a knee problem, it shouldn't be a big deal. I've seen many eldery, but they manage to walk all parts of the tracks.
Entry ticket is RM10, you need a tour agency to bring you to the entrance by van, which costs RM25. If you are driving your own car, your car will be blocked by a guard at the intersection before you reach th..."

Taman Aman Park

Erik Ding

"Went there for brief birdwatching. Saw quite a number of city dwelling birds such as black-naped oriole, zebra dove, oriental magpie robin and others.

It is a beautiful community lake garden with playground and a basketball court. The train track runs above the garden so from time to time you can hear train travelling.

It is located next to an international school so oftentimes the school kids there go to the park to hang out and play so combining with the sound of the train and the playful chants of the kids can make the place sound abit cacophonous."

Melaka Sultanate Palace Museum

"The overall quality in most of museums in Melacca is abysmal, and by comparison this one is a tiny smidge better, but still not worth the 20 RM entrance. I expected nothing and still disappointed.
The narrative and storytelling is non-existent and it's boring as hell.

Positive reviews come from people who don't know any better, unfortunately. Do yourself a favour and have a coffee and cake on this money instead.

I loved the historic massage chairs inside and this one guy who had mastered an ancient craft of levitating, apparently.
Inside it's all modern replicas of various traditional costumes."

Paddy Gallery Sekinchan

"This is a rice factory with an exhibition centre plus rice grocery shop.

The ticket is RM5 per person and you get 280g pack of rice for free. If you're coming with 4 people, you're paying 1kg of rice with the price of RM20.

The exhibit area can be covered less than 20 minutes, most of the time is spend watching the presentation video which is great for kid.

Once you step out that area, you will arrive at grocery store that sell rice product. If you're not buying anything, you need to remember you already paid RM20 for 1kg of rice.

So in the end, you actually coming to buy rice with a little bit of information sharing.

Still worth a visit if you're coming to Sekinchan."
