3 weeks agoPlace situated near Ara Damansara. Good for have a walk , jog in the evening. Quite and clam place without much crowd. Only problem is very dirty water and bad smell of the water flowing through the park. Specially good for young people to hangout. lots of places suites for photography. The park covers area around 2-3 kilometres. Not considered as a must visit place. But you can enjoy your leasure time hear without any disturbance.

a month agoOpen as early as 7am. Not too many crowds before 8 on weekends. In the evening at 5pm people are pouring in.
Many parents brought their kids for walk and playground. Saw some of the kids playing bicycle and skate.
I wonder if we can do picnic here. The pavement should be fixed for the outdoor joggers. While inside the park also got moss ?
Love the greenery here. Suitable for elders too. Seeing green after all days/week with blue light from screen is refreshing. Going to frequent this park! -

2 months agoAra Damansara Park is a nice park ONLY if you’re going in for a run/ brisk walking/ jog/ cycling for ADULTS
The playground for kids is very rundown and unsafe as I witnessed children fell while playing and running at the playground
Im not sure how MBPJ is managing this park and ensure the safety standards are atleast being met.
Attached are the photos of the park and how I wish this beautiful park would have the facilities to match it -

2 weeks agoPavement will get mossy and slippery during raining season due to bad design and material used. Dangerous for the elderly if not careful. Always avoid walking on pavement if possible as the slightest patch of puddle may be very slippery at common spots doesn't matter how good your shoes are.
At some areas, there is also mosquito infestation. Parking can be a pain too due to limited spots during the evening. You might not want to park illegally by the road side as cars are speeding past the main road all the time and can be dangerous.
Otherwise it's a perfect park as it's fairly huge and has greenery, lakes and a place to take a breath of fresh air in the morning for folks in the vicinity. -
