What to Expect?

Berjaya Times Square Theme Park is the largest indoor theme park in Malaysia. Located within Berjaya Times Square Hotel, one of the biggest shopping malls in the country, the expansive amusement park is located on the fifth floor and is designed for both adults and children with two zones.

The indoor theme park has been offering thrilling rides and games for the whole family since 2003. The gigantic indoor theme park, measuring 133,000 square feet, offers 2 exciting sections – Galaxy Station for the thrill seekers and Fantasy Garden for the young ones. Head on over to explore a galaxy of pure joy and excitement for an unforgettable family experience.

All in all, there are a total of 14 rides and in comparison to other theme parks around the world, it’s pretty limited but Berjaya Times Square Theme Park’s saving grace is its easy accessibility and all-weather rides. There are four thrill rides and each has been exclusively designed for Berjaya Times Square Theme Park's World. Galaxy Station sees the most visitors on a weekly basis, but is off-limits for those below the age of 13.

Signature attractions include the 800m long Supersonic Odyssey roller coaster. This custom-made looping ride is the biggest indoor roller coaster in the world and has three inversions: a heart line roll, loop and corkscrew. Additional rides include the 30m high Spinning Orbit, DNA Mixer, Ooort's Express, Dizzy Izzy, and the swinging Space Attack. Topping it all off is the park’s latest attraction, the Haunted Chamber – this walk-through attraction has actors and special effects to guarantee a goose bump inducing time.

I had a unique and fun experience at this mall, which has a theme park with a ROLLERCOASTER inside! I was amazed to see this, and I enjoyed roaming around the mall as well. There are plenty of shopping options for both adults and children, and snacks are also plentiful. The bathrooms are clean and decently maintained.

However, I was surprised to see padlocks on the emergency exit doors. The whole point of an emergency exit is to be easily accessible in case of an emergency, but if the door is padlocked, it defeats the purpose. I hope that the mall management will remove the padlocks from the emergency exit doors to ensure the safety of its guests.

Overall, I had a great time at this mall. It is a unique experience that I would recommend to others. However, I would also recommend that the mall management address the safety issue of the padlocked emergency exit doors.

    I hope this helps! ?

We went there on Friday, the place was almost empty which was nice as there were no waiting or queues. They have a decent amount of rides for kids, but as my kids are below 6, they were only 3, which is very less considering the entry ticket is quite high. For young adults, almost every good ride is an extra ticket you have to buy inside. Please, please don't buy the 10 ringgit ticket to the waterless aquarium. Not even worth 1 ringgit. Even if the ticket was free I would be bored as it's not good at all. Just like any other theam park, the food inside is marked way up, so be prepared for that. Overall, the mall is not that impressive and very old. The only reason I liked the park is because it was practically empty, and my kids took the same rides again and again.

This would be a nice place for younger children to have some enjoyment and experience theme park rides in an enjoyable air-conditioned environment whereas adults and older children might find the place too kiddy. Still there are some rides that have a 1.4m height enforcement. We also bought tickets for the waterless aquarium which is basically a reflected light image of various fish and even animals. You can skip this quite frankly.
Some food can be found within but many were closed and I'm not even sure if they might be open anytime soon.
Depending on how you might view overall safety, one can leave their children inside whilst you go shopping within the mall.

Awesome food court in the lower basement. Pocket friendly eateries. Variety of restaurants in the other floors are good. Kids play area is beautiful. Such a big roller coaster with in the mall is a good attraction. We have made most of our purchase in this mall. We had a good time over there.

I visited last month. This place reminds me of Genting Highlands indoor theme park I used to go. It's a very exciting play here. Must try roller-coaster. It's very stimulate! The ticket price is RM60 for Malaysian and RM75 for non-Malaysian.
