    Amazing views, bizarre place.
Cost RM10 ( ~£1.90) each to visit on a weekday.

Took about fifteen minutes to walk there from Jonker St.

The Shore hotel seemed strangely deserted as we entered. Lift up to the 42nd floor, paid, then walked a bit further up to the top.

Nobody else there, but there are Christmas decorations left up (it is now June). Christmas baubles that have fallen from the trees are scattered around the roof. A cover of a Ronan Keating song plays through the speakers. The fish pond is so dirty you cannot see the fish from the roof (but can see them from the floor below through the glass bottom). There are free binoculars to use, but the glass barrier in front of them does get in the way at points.
The whole place could be amazing if it got a bit of TLC.

However, the views are amazing. It was a clear, sunny day and you could see for miles. Worth a visit for the views alone though if you're in Melaka for a few days.

Come to the shore sky tower to enjoy the 360 view of Malacca City. There’s nothing here, just come as tourist and take a picture up there.

The only thing that matter is the elevator to 41 Floor. We have wait for 15 minutes and the elevator always full.

The hotel that was in the same building was quite badly managed. We must stop at some floor because of the hotel guest.

And Hotel staff pushing food tray and big laundry trolley into guest elevator, that is why the elevator always full.

    Ticket Price :
    Adult
    RM 25 (Mon - Thu)
    RM 35 (Fri - Sun)

Child (Aged 3 to 12 years)
    RM 18 (Mon - Thu)

Super worth considering the weekday promotion - 10RM per person. The observatory deck provided a bird’s eye view of downtown malacca and there were nice informative graphics which explained some of the key landmarks around the area. Visit during the sunset period/night for a better view.

Everything was nice up there. Clean, spacious, very good view, very windy and crowd was control. The 360 view was really worth it. Only that the walk on the transparent glass was too small and short. And also we were not allowed to take picture ourselves. Nevertheless will recommend friends and relatives to come and visit this if they are in Malacca.

The Sky Tower is the tallest building in Melaka. When you walk on the glass corridor on the top floor, you would appreciate how tall is the building. There is a terrace on the roof and from there you would have the panoramic view of the whole city.

The views over Melaka are lovely and it is particularly worthwhile going up towards sunset and spending time watching the lights gradually come on in the town below. The overall experience is good and great view, highly recommended!
