Introduction
Have some splashing fun at Laketown Water Park, home to 14 amazing attractions including Boomerang, Jumbo Shower, Water Speed Slides and many more!
What to Expect?
Just a 3-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur, a family vacation or friends’ outing at Bukit Merah Laketown Resort sounds like a great idea. Situated in Perak, you will love the lush nature that surrounds one of Malaysia’s largest freshwater lakes. Enjoy some splashing fun at Laketown Waterpark, and savour delicious halal food.
The Bukit Merah Laketown Resort is divided into several sections. One of them is its renowned water park. For those who are familiar with Sunway Lagoon, Bukit Merah Laketown Resort Waterpark has the same theme. Straddling an area off 11 acres, that makes it one of the biggest of its kind in Peninsular Malaysia.
Go for a delightful bubble-popping time at the Giant Wet Bubble, or let the raging waters swirl the whole family in the Sandy Beachfront Wave Pool. Enjoy a mini-seaside experience at the Lazy River that churns out casual waves. Take the Water Speed Slides and race against friends before plummeting into the cool waters. Experience the adrenaline rush of falling in the water on the Body Slides. Feel the cold chills under the Jumbo Shower where water just showers on you mercilessly.
After a tiring day of fun in the water, take a 20-minutes relaxing ride in the chairlift that takes you above the scenic view of Bukit Merah Laketown Resort. There’s just something about hot days when a Water Park opens its doors for water lovers to enjoy some splashing fun in the pools.

7 months agoOn December 2022, we visited the waterpark with our family and unfortunately, it was extremely crowded due to a company event (family day) that take in place inside the park and school holiday. Cafe also crowded. The noise level was high and we would not recommend visiting during such events.

7 months agoVery poor online ticketing management at the ticketing counter. Bought the ticket tru online but I need to queue at the ticketing counter almost one hour. The management should look into this to make the online purchaser easier. Maybe to open extra counter especially during the peak day.
