Good Times DIY & Lifestyle Cafe (Paradigm Mall)

"Me and my boyfriend came to bake some things as a cute date idea. Saw the pottery reviews were quite bad but the baking aspect of it was an amazing experience overall!

He took the easy level which were the cookies and passed me the intermediate level of course which was the matcha soft cheese cake.

There was quite a level of autonomy in experiencing it hands on. I bake at home so it wasn’t difficult for me to know my way around the kitchen but they did answer all my questions diligently and I bet with kids who have even more questions and need more guidance would be great.

Overall if you love baking but hate the cleanup or if you want to learn how to bake without investing in equipment, this is a great place to start/a great idea!"

"The famous historical building known as Menara Jam Condong Teluk Intan in Malaysia. The second annouced as leaning tower in the world after Leaning Tower of Pisa Italy. Build in 1885, used as a clock tower and water tank for British Colony during the time. It is 25 meter build up with outside look like 8 storeys, however it is only 3 storey building inside. Now, the building is more than 100 years and being as a one of the tourist attraction in Teluk Intan District. You have to pay for entrance fee of RM2 for adult and RM1 for children above 6yo to enter into the building. A lot of historical information provided in the building and some old school stuff exhibit in the tower. It is a nice place for photo shot & scenery."   View

Gambang Water Park

"One way to improve Gambang Water Park could be to invest in new and exciting water rides and attractions. This park could offer more amenities such as lounge chairs, and umbrellas for guests. Another way to improve the park could be to offer more food and beverage options, including healthier options, and have more seating areas for guests to enjoy their meals. Finally, the park could also improve customer service by providing more staff members to assist guests and ensure their safety.
The high price of amenities at Gambang Water Resort Pahang is a major drawback for many visitors. The resort charges exorbitant rates for basic amenities such as cabanas, tubes, and even water bottles, which can add up quickly and eat into the budget of a family or group. Additionally, the resort's f..."

"A nice place to visit with family & friends. We went on weekdays and not so many people here. The entrance fees is RM16 for adult, my son is 2 years old and its free of charge. You will not only see the crocodiles but also deer, rabbit, chicken, ducks, turtles, birds, snakes and racoon. You can buy food for the animals in a vending machine at the entrance. It cost you RM10/pack. You also can feed the turtles for free. At the lowest part of this park, you can find a pool to swim. Make sure wearing your sunscreen, bring your umbrella and water cause its hot."   View

National Museum of Malaysia

"I thought it was a worthwhile visit. The admission fee is only RM2 for locals (free for children, RM1 for high school students in uniform) and RM5 for foreigners. It wasn't crowded when we visited on a weekday morning. A couple of tour groups, a school outing and a few small groups were also visiting. There are four permanent indoor galleries in the main building and other temporary exhibits in the satellite buildings. If you keep your expectations low in view of very affordable entrance fee, the visit should not disappoint. The loo is located outside the main building."   View

Penang House of Music

"This is such a wonderful museum, a real labour of love. It basically tells the history of Penang through its music. It's interactive, informative, entertaining and has just so many layers of historical and cultural significance. We had the pleasure of being taken on a superb guided tour by Kevin Theseira and got to meet the awesome founder Paul Augustin, too. It's all painstakingly and rigorously researched and presented very engagingly. And the entire collection will give you an inspiring view of the sexy, super-diverse and organically multicultural history of Malaysia that is often obscured by the news headlines about the country's current political landscape. Be sure to check out the shop as well!"   View

SKYTREX Adventure Sg Congkak

"Took the Rapid Extreme (Advanced level) and it was great fun! Very doable for first timers like myself. Went through about 13 flying fox challenges, and the rest were ladders, walking pipes and you’ll finish the course by going down a slide.

I’d suggest to wear gloves because we didn’t use any and our palms were red and close to getting blisters due to all the handling/holding of ropes.

Instructors are friendly & helpful. They will brief you on the clipping & unclipping of the tools you’ll be using throughout the course.

Plenty of parking inside, with locker facility and they do sell some drinks for refreshments. No toilets during the course, so best to go before you start.

Overall a great place to come with family/friends for something challenging & ..."

Petaling Jaya Community Library

"The facilities are good.. However, due to lack of librarian/security guard patrol, it is as noisy as market, some kids even played hide and seek in the library. Some students are not studying but to come chit chat with friend or use free wifi playing games together.... Complaints made but still didn't see librarian/security guard patrol and give warning until the library closed. Good in facility but failed in management. Hope MBPJ could look into this matter and hire more responsible librarians or security guards so that the library could be in
better use by all public and not redundant due to irresponsible librarians or security guards didn't perform their job well."

Taman Tasik Shah Alam

"Beautiful, Spacious, Green, Kids - Friendly - these are the descriptions that I can say about this place. Still under construction for one or two areas but it does not hamper us to walk around from one lake to another. The parking place is just quite ample and they are almost everywhere at each lake. For Shah Alam folks and around it, this is definitely the place to exercise, picnic, chill and bring kids to enjoy themselves. Neighbouring to one of the lakes, there are some restaurants and cafes other than Wet World Water park."   View

"A must go for everyone. This place is huge, with picturesque view, a few hot tubs with diff temp. A suitable and safe place for kids too, there are playground as well. I highly recommend the chalet, for it offers very affordable price, with a satisfying chalet rooms provided. I noticed big crowd coming at night time, most people prefer night time to soak themselves in the hot pools. Regarding food, there is a mart open till 4am, and also there are cafes inside. Def a 5 stars place ?? Thank you Management for the good work and keeping this place up to date."   View
