Even the most uninterested person will end up liking here because of the artworks that are so detailed, delicate, intricate and accurate on the depiction of the Malaysian life! The kids were so entertained and enthusiastic over the scavenger hunt and finding Ant Man wins you a little prize too (we found it!). Tickets are inexpensive (klook - RM27 for adults, RM22.50 for above 5yo how very generous!) Please support this attraction and make it viral so that they can do even greater things!!!" View
Bayou Lagoon Park Resort, Melaka

Whilst check-in was seamless and everything seemed to be great the first day, the second day, it went downhill. They made us pay a deposit to get an extra room key (despite knowing we have 3 adults staying) and then took it off us and made us reapply another one, with no apologies or excuse whatsoever.
Waterpark is very basic. Full of fallen leaves, none of the lockers work, none of the amusement park machine works, and very few benches around to put your stuff. We ended up putting our things on our daughters stroller instead. Water is super cold in some of the pool, and there were some rocks and stones in the pool tile.
The room was basic. Bedsheets and duvet are soft. Howev..." View

We didn't do the rest of the cheesy kid stuff.
The reason why I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathrooms reek of urine! My husband says the Men's is bad too! Why? We went both near the entrance before going up to the top and then again on the 65th floor!
This is the first place I've ever been at in Malaysia that has smelled this bad! Even the hawker food areas don't smell like this! I mean it was ridiculous!" View
Sungai Lalang Hot Spring

RM5 per person, parking is available too.
There's 2 pools, 1 is hotter than the other, suitable for kids too.
Apparently they clean the pool on every Wednesday or Thursday.
There's toilet available to shower and change, bring your own toiletries.
Tips: People who has high blood pressure, wouldn't recommend to stay long. Should always go slow, start off by soaking your feet about 3 to 5 minutes, then only the whole body for another 5 to 10 minutes. Then slowly go back to soaking your feet and out of the water, repeat few times.
Nearby there's a food stall, nasi lemak, nasi goreng, cendol, ABC, etc
Please 'like'..." View
Pantai Remis Beach Shore

Should’ve went at night as many food stalls are operating at that time. During the weekday lunch hour you have to eat a restaurant quite far from the beach itself which is very disappointing but hey it’s their neighbourhood and I’m just a visitor. The water is actually quite far from the sandy beach (air surut is real y’all) so I didn’t get to play with the waves. There are plenty stray dogs and Cats! (refer to photo) so It’s best to prepare pet snacks!" View
Melaka Butterfly & Reptile Sanctuary

2 weeks ago"Excellent place to visit when in Melaka! Absolutely impressed by this sanctuary! It didn't seem very attractive at the start, but decided to visit because it was something different to do in Melaka.
It's much larger than expected, with every turn a surprise find! This sanctuary houses so many different species of reptiles, reaching from iguanas to crocodiles to snakes to an ancient snapping turtle! They also have a large variety of birds such as emus, albino peacock, hummingbirds, parrots... Then there is the butterfly enclosure which smells of pineapples! There are rabbits as well! Some feeding is allowed if you buy the package, which we didn't.
There are areas to rest your feet during the exploration. It's simulated to resemble a forest, so the layout and infrastruct..." View

However this does not seem to be the case. The highlight of the 6000 over steps uphill was supposedly to be rewarded with a magnificent view from the top of Bukit Saputangan. It's tough for first timers. After the gruelling hike up, one wd be devastated as the watchtower was closed. The wooden stairs up the tower were missing! No view from the 204M high top ???
All one can do was a sneak peek thru thru thick unkept foliage beneath the tower.
Will go again to check the rest of the park with the hope of the entry fees contributing to a simple dream of being able to feel the "4 seasons" again in this once beaut..." View
Cameron Valley Tea House KT

Apparently they are young leave pluck from the same plant. It has a subtle taste which is not suitable to be added with milk. For those who prefer cold drink, you can try their canned drinks. One for RM3.30 and buy 4 at RM10. Too sweet for my liking. There are many flies in this place maybe due to the tea sweetness. Their staff should learn more about tea to explain to customers who like to know more about which tea to purchase. Overall a meh experience." View
Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia

If you like art, I highly recommend visiting the store. They have replicas sold. Quite pricey, but many are worth it. Even the fridge magnets and coasters are well done.
The children's library is also a nice place to bring your kids while your spouse explores the museum. It's about RM20 per person now but well worth it." View

The museum showcases the history of money, the type of coins & paper money from old days till the now. There is also some interactive way to learn about all these knowledge here.
There is two schools trip visited this museum during my visit, it’s not very crowded as the museum is quite spacious.
There is a cafe here but the price is quite expensive. There is also a souvenir store selling cute gifts.
Toilet is available at each floor and they are all clean.
You can’t bring bags to visit the museum. You can either drop your bag behind the service counter or rent a locker.
No entrance ticket needed but you are required to fill in a google form." View
