Bayou Lagoon Park Resort is located just 15 minutes away from the Melaka Heritage Town, and is in close proximity to the Ayer Keroh tourism belt. It is an option of destination for business and fun family escapades centered around a water park.
Water Park
The exclusive water park hosts of two exciting water slides and multiple kids slide, this makes Bayou Lagoon Park Resort the favorites to both young and old in a family vacation, as well as the perfect vacation choice for the city escapades!
The water park is open from Friday – Sunday.
Additional water park entry are chargeable according to the resort’s water park ticket price:
- Adult – RM20.00 per pax per entry (From 13 years old & above)
- Children – RM15.00 per pax per entry (From 3 feet tall height and above to 12 years old)
- Senior Citizen – RM10.00 per pax per entry (From 55 years old & above)
Accommodations
Consists of a choice of 362 modern design& fully furnished spacious guestrooms, it offers 189 studio units, 104 units of 2 bedrooms, 65 units of 3 bedrooms and 4 units of luxuriously appointed Penthouse. All guestrooms are spacious ranging from 491 sq ft to 1007 sq ft onwards and its provided amenities and toiletries.

- private hospital, workshop, laundry, 7e and similar, petrol station, mcd and similar, a bunch of choice restaurant for lunch and dinner -

2 weeks agoStayed at A-3A-17 (a 2bd suite with kitchen) for 3d2n for RM380 a night (inc tickets to waterpark). Whilst check-in was seamless and everything seemed to be great the first day, the second day, it went downhill. They made us pay a deposit to get an extra room key (despite knowing we have 3 adults staying) and then took it off us and made us reapply another one, with no apologies or excuse whatsoever.
Waterpark is very basic. Full of fallen leaves, none of the lockers work, none of the amusement park machine works, and very few benches around to put your stuff. We ended up putting our things on our daughters stroller instead. Water is super cold in some of the pool, and there were some rocks and stones in the pool tile.
The room was basic. Bedsheets and duvet are soft. However, pillow is super thin. The second day aircond in both rooms did NOT work. The hotel is also so damn cheap that they only provided one remote for the ac and NO cleaning detergents or cutlery to use the kitchen to its fullest. The housekeeping was also very lazy as they didn't even change our Bedsheets (I found out as I had pasted a mosquito patch on it the first night as there were mosquitoes in the room despite we've never opened the windowa). The housekeeper didn't even top up the finished shampoo and body wash, did not sweep the floor, did not clean the toilet bowl, or even the toilet mirrors. Only came into the room to tuck the blanket in, take our extra room key, and that's about it.
Restaurant was not operating the first night we were there as they had to cater for another group. Thankfully there were other restaurants nearby that we went to and impressed with (try Qasreena cafe or pakman assam pedas). Breakfast is disgusting, we didn't even bother going on our third day there, ate outside instead.
I highly recommend trying out Amverton Village resort. Heck, for the same price, go stay at Sunway Clio instead in KL, much much better service, and at least the waterpark isn't a waste of time. -

2 weeks agoNot much of a view from the balcony but the resort has a water park. Although pre-booked, had to wait for about one hour before able to enter the apartment because it was being prepared for the next occupants. The pillows were overdue for replacement.

a month ago1. Dusty, musty smell in the room.
2. Water pipe in bathroom is broken, heater is not function, there is a big gap between down light and ceiling in the bathroom.
3. Balcony door lock is spoiled.
4. Run down water park facility. No guard to monitor safety child playing. The water is murky and dirty with leaves.
5. Cleanliness in room to be improved as we can found lots of lizards’ excrement.
Not worth the money. Reason for us to choose this resort is because it’s near to the water park. We’re regret with our choice and the accommodation had brought us a big disappointment. Besides that, the water park’s staff attitude is rude and even shouted at me. Their staff is incompetent in solving customer issue. We will definitely not recommend this hotel and anyone who wants to consider staying in this resort please read this review. -

a week agoNice, clean and spacious apartment unit but parking is a nightmare. It is all self-service. Good for children since there is a water park but too loud and noisy. The general facilities are poorly maintained. F & B is really expensive and not tasty at all. Nothing positively unique in this resort.
