What to Expect?

Huskiss is a pet café that starts operating in 2017 in Petaling Jaya. As the name suggests, the pets residing here are boisterous and adorable Siberian huskies, about half a dozen of them, together with a young Alaskan Malamute.

To enter, you will need to pay RM20 for entry cover charge which includes one complimentary drink. (redeemable for any drinks below RM6.90) Remember to book first before you go, as each session is limited to a maximum of 30 visitors only.

Although it’s referred to often as a pet café, they do not actually sell any food or drinks which is probably sensible for hygiene reasons and to prevent customers from feeding the dogs with inappropriate tidbits.

They do sell some merchandise such as T-shirts bearing their cute logo.

Available Timeslots (Please double check on their FB for latest information)

To book your timeslot, give the team a call or drop them a message on Facebook and book a place for yourself and a loved one. Do note that you should arrive 10-15 minutes before your booked session.
The huskies are ready to mingle with their new human friends and you’re bound to have a pawsome time.

Oh, what a gem of a find :) For lovers of dogs, this is cafe is a must visit. I recently organised a birthday party for my daughter and her friends at Huskiss. The really nice people who work there are very friendly and accommodating. But the main stars of the place has to be the pack of gorgeously well-behaved Huskies that great you enthusiastically went you enter. They will come and sniff you, rub themselves against you and sit down or lie beside you. The kids (and adults) had a blast and the food and drinks (which can be catered from the same cafe) was also good. Highly recommended for families!

Came on a weekday without reservations as it requires bank transfer. Which I’m not able to do as I’m not Malaysian n didn’t have a Malaysia bank account . Was lucky to be able to get next slot upon arrival. The huskies were all well groomed , fluffy , adorable , well mannered and healthy. There were Estimate 9 dogs. At the end of the session, the care taker arrange a photo taking session for each group of patrons professionally. There is a area to wash yr hands too, toilet is well maintained. My boys totally enjoy the play time with the huskies. A trip surely worthwhile. ?

TL;DR - fun husky cafe with well-behaved, calm dogs; lovely staff; chilled atmosphere; good for all ages

Huskiss is situated in a comfortable, bright and airy space with AC. Pay upon entry - the RM 55 entry fee includes a drink from the menu which includes hot/cold teas, coffees and soft drinks (drinks are served at the end of the session).

You are brought into the area at the back, where the huskies come rushing over to sniff you. You get an hour to chill/pet/take photos with them. The dogs are trained to be quite chilled during sessions, so that they aren't too energetic which might scare some guests (particularly young kids), and also so that there's plenty of opportunities to take photos of them.

There are three members of staff in the area with you; they are super friendly and tell you all about the dogs. You can tell that the dogs are well looked after, that the staff love the dogs and the dogs love them back.

Near the end, the staff called the dogs into formation around the sofa for photos with each guest, as well as offering to arrange photos with any particular dog(s) you want.

After the session, you can chill in the cafe area for a bit whilst enjoying your drink. Charging points and lint rollers are available, which is a nice touch.

The place is a 1.5 km walk from the train station, but my love for dogs gave me the strength to walk despite my aching feet ? it was a nice experience to be around gentle giants and other dog lovers ? they like to sleep a lot esp. Shiro, the Samoyed who looked so adorable when everyone was taking pictures. I mean, they all do ? if only they could all fit in my baggage I wanna take them home ? got a 5RM discount in Pelago. It is pricey, but the experience is worth and it is pricey to maintain one dog. What more if they have 9. ?
