BOH Tea Centre

Pei Yeing Foo

"BOH tea provides free entry for the visitor to visit the tea farm.

The environment of the BOH tea was so good and felt very relaxed.

We had some of the meal on the BOH tea restaurant and feel a bit disappointed with the service and food.

We are not sure what the meal is in the ingredient and double-check with the waitress. She did not explain to us what the dish was about. And the hot food was cold.

Overall, it is a good place to visit and enjoy the fresh air environment with family and friends. Hope the service will be changed as this is the one of the places to attract foreign customers as well. And please serve hot food with hot temperature, not a room temperature or cold temperature ?"

Can't imagine if a big group comes by.

Enjoyed d herbal tea tasting at d end of tour. Wld prefer them to b more flexible in d sale of their teas so we can buy more ?"

"Weekday was the perfect time to go.

Things to expect
- Hot weather
- Queue
- some of the slides still not operational (4 to be exact)

Awesome experience.
- Abundance of slides
- Ferry service to the entrance
- Fast check in
- No queue for the slides after lunch
- Shows in the morning and late afternoon with cool dj, MC and crew
- Food was delicious (maybe we are famished)

There was a great combo slides for kids (below 1.2m)
Any taller are considered Adults. Buy the price paid was reasonable. Will definitely return when my boy is taller and hopefully by then all the slides are up."

A'Famosa Safari Wonderland

"Went with my son, paid rm 55 and my son at age 2.5 years old enter for free.

We had a really good times here. He loves it here and I think I enjoyed more than my son because I saw orang utans. I love Orang utans and we went on truck to see the wild animals.

The best part is when we visited monkey island. So many ducks there and monkeys are everywhere. I was the happiest and most excited one I guessed.

The weather was too hot. Or, this will be the best day out with my toddler.

Worth it is what I can say. Enjoyed so so much..

Just go if you have a young kid with you. They will be happy. And you will be happy too."

Sky Tower Melaka

"Amazing views, bizarre place.
Cost RM10 ( ~£1.90) each to visit on a weekday.

Took about fifteen minutes to walk there from Jonker St.

The Shore hotel seemed strangely deserted as we entered. Lift up to the 42nd floor, paid, then walked a bit further up to the top.

Nobody else there, but there are Christmas decorations left up (it is now June). Christmas baubles that have fallen from the trees are scattered around the roof. A cover of a Ronan Keating song plays through the speakers. The fish pond is so dirty you cannot see the fish from the roof (but can see them from the floor below through the glass bottom). There are free binoculars to use, but the glass barrier in front of them does get in the way at points.
The whole place could be amazing if it g..."

Tupah Recreational Forest

"This forest, stream and waterfall surrounding the richest archeological site in Malaysia, Bujang Valley is a hidden secret gem of Sungai Petani.

Being part of a society which largely unconcerned of the historical antiquities of its motherland, similar to the rather sad empty state of the nearby marvellous Candi Lembah Bujang structure and the now non existent Bujang Valley’s Site 11 -Candi Sungai Batu Estate (following the 2013 demolition by greedy developers taking advantage of the lackadaisical authorities and misinformed society with deep religious/ racial insecurities to acknowledge our earlier more than 2500 years old heritage), this recreational forest too is isolated, quiet, tranquil and refreshing; an apt wasily accessible weekend haven for nature loving enthusiasts.   View

Countryside Stables Penang

"The stables have miniature horses, donkeys and small/mid size horses. The stables are very nicely orientated for families. My children 3 to 9 years old thoroughly enjoyed feeding the horses on the grounds. They also rode the horses with the staff leading the horses. The staff also kindly allowed us to stay pass the closing time so we may see the bourses galloping back to their stalls for dinner. The staff also made sure we had many photo opportunities. A five star rating because the girls were all smiles by the time we left, and the adults felt it was a time well spent building new experiences and overcoming fears."   View

Bayou Lagoon Park Resort, Melaka

"1. Dusty, musty smell in the room.
2. Water pipe in bathroom is broken, heater is not function, there is a big gap between down light and ceiling in the bathroom.
3. Balcony door lock is spoiled.
4. Run down water park facility. No guard to monitor safety child playing. The water is murky and dirty with leaves.
5. Cleanliness in room to be improved as we can found lots of lizards’ excrement.

Not worth the money. Reason for us to choose this resort is because it’s near to the water park. We’re regret with our choice and the accommodation had brought us a big disappointment. Besides that, the water park’s staff attitude is rude and even shouted at me. Their staff is incompetent in solving customer issue. We will definitely not recommend this hotel and anyone who w..."

Penang Bird Park

"It was a magnificent sight to even look at the species that was available here. As a nature lover it was a sanctuary. The place is very well mantained and the staffs are fairly friendly. Not single litter was visible in the vicinity
They were many species that's hard to see but I. Here it's well mended.
Nice place to bring kids and nature lovers.
Few reminders:
1. Be sure to bring water, shades and cap/hat to protect yourself on sunny day
2. Bring mosquito repellents along since it's a as close to real habitat of the birds.
3. Certain bird habitat tends to have stench or foul smell, be mindful.
4. It's wheel chair accessible but not recommended for people who can't walk long distances.
5. Lastly, be mindful to follow the cleanliness signs displayed. And d..."

Public Library, Puchong

"Aircond has not been working and no improvements made for months... Toilet is always out of tissue paper so do remember to bring some yourselves.

However, more importantly, the front counter mannerism has to be improved. Why put someone so ill mannered to represent your library?

I have been to this library several times to study, never encountered any issue whereby the staff told me I can't enter due to dress code. On that day, I also spent few hours in the library. Staffs saw me when I was entering and leaving library but didn't say a word.

When I re-entered the library, security guard was excessively agressive and borderline violent, I stayed calm during the whole conversation but he clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day.

There was a..."
