"1. We came here specifically for the breakfast picnic experience as we are picnic lovers. But staff refused to do the picnic setup citing reason that it rained the night before and the ground was wet.

However, the sun was shining bright and the ground was nicely dry, as you can see from the pics. I called the reception telling them that the ground is dry, he could keep saying the ground is wet, I told him my hand is touching the ground now and he could come over to check together with me. He could not offer anything tangible. I could not think of other reason besides staff being lazy to do the setup. To the resort management, when you reply to this, do offer evidence and reasonable explanation. I’ll be glad to revise my review based on that.

We visited Kota Tinggi Firefly Park with a scenic boat ride along the Johor River and catch these magical sparkling fireflies surrounded.
This activity is perfect for children and adults alike, making it a great family bonding experience.
Due to short of the manpower, they are trying to answer every customer questions. Service not bad and friendly !
I just feel unfortunately our camera or phone shoot the amazing moment on the boat when we see the twinkle twinkle little fireflies. But we are lucky to see the snake slept on the tree.

"A beautiful experience for everyone who loves nature, butterflies and entomology in general. There are so many species of butterflies that you'll definitely get some great pictures. A professional camera is recommended, unless you have a good camera for macro pictures in your phone. But eitherway you'll get some great pictures, many of the species will stay still even if you get closer.

I highly recommend it for kids too, its very fun and educational. And on the way out they have a great museum of bugs and arachnids for everyone to learn and enjoy.

"You want kids-friendly, even toddler friendly water park? Then this is the water park for you!

They have one dedicated section for > 1 year old and my toddler play till don't want to go...

Meanwhile for adults...ticket price wise definitely way cheaper than sunway lagoon but...

You want play exciting rides? No for you unless you rent their 2 person rafts which sets you back at RM50 each, with half of it is refundable.

There is only one restaurant with no power outlet, so bring along power bank.

"I'd like to apologize first since my review that you will be reading is kind of mixed. First of all, I would like to say that the environment of the ice rink itself is okay, but sometimes the toilet would be really dirty for some reason and the staffs doesn't really pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilets. However, staffs here are friendly. Some of the coaches and students are really nice but I wouldn't recommend learning at this place for a long period of time since the management's attitude is quite questionable. And of course, 林子大了什么鸟都有 。Some of the parents and students exclude and love to talk behind other's back.To add on, a lot of students have been effected deeply by the negativity that has been going on at the place and a lot of them has changed to other rinks to learn b..."   View

"Definitely one of the best kept secrets of Banting area. I didn't even know this place existed. It's quite a large palace which was built in the late 1800s. Entrance is free, just register your name at the guardhouse. Parking is available for cars. Check out the palace as you walk trough the side courtyard to the back of the palace. Go inside and climb on the first floor and check out the views there. Locate also the central water well. Very interesting place and worth the journey to get here. Also drop by to visit the royal burial site not far away."   View

"The flood end of 2021 destroyed most of the previous originality,
But thanks to the faithful Locals they started rebuilding the place by the help of genuine donator from faithful guest/visitors ,
Honestly the water may look murky still due to the mud/sands mixed but the water is hot and still able to enjoy a good dip if you’re not the super OCD style ?.

"Very huge place to walk, hike and cycle. RM3 per adult for entrance fee ticket. There are scooters for rent, a lot of people bike around here but be mindful the road would be uphill and downhill for cycling. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you around bus stops inside the garden should you have a family, so no worries to cover the ground concerning children's ability to cope. Albeit under-maintained as well, strongly urge the management to do improvement to the place with entrance fee payed by public. It has good mix of forest vibes and good roads to walk on. Definitely a great place to catch weekend exercises. The pinned drop location itself has a huge parking lot to park many cars."   View

Some helpful reminders for future visitors:

-The parking space in front of the park and opposite the road are free.

-Come early in the morning when it is not very hot. It is best not to come here when it is raining.

-The bird show starts at 11.30am for those who are interested.

-Bring natural insect repellent to reduce mosquito bites.

-Be careful when taking photos with your mobile phone on the bridge as there are large gaps between the planks where the phone could fall into.
