Very instagramable surrounding, cosy bed. Maybe they can improve on breakfast buffet.. make it more variety. But its a glamping site anyway so you can hear ppl talking in other tents, or their snores as well huhu but overall its a pleasant experience!

It was a pleasant experience doing glamping for the first time. Very comfortable and beds were quite nice. A bit on the expensive side and the tentages can definitely do with some cleaning. Bathrooms were exquisite and clean, water pressure was fantastic though there were a couple of electricity outages, probably due to the switching of generators. Food as ok, definitely recommend the Laksa Sarawak, their burger and the ondeh-ondeh.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Small crowd and many things for kids to do. However, wished they were more inclusive guided programs like jungle trekking, bird watching, animal spotting, sing-along campfires that the crowd can choose from.

    Overall, really enjoyed ourselves.

Just came back from Tiara escape ?. I love it!

the room.. when I read from page review there are guest complaining on the slippery tiles in the bathroom. The tiles is pretty and nice but when its wet.. normal if it is slippery. I am ok.. just need to be extra carefull, we love pretty things.. and have to live with it sometimes. Heavy rain you need to closed the outside cover since wind will blow the rain into your tent but maybe coz I stayed on the higher tent on hill, risk if it is rainy & windy. It’s nature.. I am ok.

The wifi.. it is weak 1 bar (celcom) but still ok, just hoping if TEG could do something on it.

The overall view.. stunning and I have a peacefull day since I came on weekday.. and I love it. Normal to expect some error when it is full house on weekend.

Activities.. I love it!. Even it is rainy from 4pm, thinking they might cancel bonfire and yet, the staff called me to attend as they already put up the fire exactly after the rain stop 8:40pm. Movie.. the grass/area was wet but staff called us again as they arranged movie session in the big villa together with another 2 families on this weekday ?. I am impress.. they really work on something even it is rainy day and even on weekdays only 2-3 families was there ?, they could just cancel it due to rainy day but still willing to arranged.

Food wise.. was little poor on “taste” almost all serving (full board package) but I am still glad since the services given by staffs is still the best and it is on the package (bonus) so nothing to lose except maybe improve or change supplier (food, main course). Teh tarik is so nice ? I love it.

Overall I am satisfied, lucky I am willing to try and booked even after I read few bad comments, I trust maybe bad review is base on individual expectation or on weekend/PH technical error happened. As I am an outdoor person, I expect certain things will have technical error that TEG would be facing.. so it should be fine for me as long as all staff are helpfull and so welcoming ?.

This is definitely a nice place but it’s overrated and overpriced. We have booked for the full board package which “supposed” to include breakfast, lunch and dinner, yet the staff didn’t mention that IF we ordered for the BBQ dinner, we DO NOT entitle for the lunch. The staff just saying that the food quota is RM110 per pax which we thought that quota is for dinner only. Moreover the BBQ package which supposed to have seafood has been substituted with steak coz out of stock. This has disappoint us. But still need to mention that the security guard is helpful coz he cook the instant noodles for us in the late night ??
The room cleanliness has room to improve especially the bath tub in Raja Brooke Family Tented Villa? Water heater is not working well.

This is place is simply stunning and lovely.. Our second time here..so we've tried both the tree house and dragonfly tent.. My word of caution.. The tents toilet tile is damn slippery when wet... My son fell 3 times while going for a pee.. And he's not the clumsy type of person..
