Kea Farm Market

"We love this market area, every time if we come to Cameron Highlands, we will stop by here and grab some fruits, vegetables and etc.

They are many stalls just like a normal market. They sell green vegetables, sweet potatoes, sweet corn, oranges and many many more.

Most of the products sold here are locally grown hence they are fresh and price is very competitive.

We love their sweet corns, oranges and sweet potatoes. They are fair bit of crowd here but it’s manageable, and you can park your Carl just opposite and cost RM3 per entry."

Upside Down House Port Dickson

"Its okk La. its for kids I think ahhahahahahaah. Upside Down Art Gallery (Rumah Terbalik Port Dickson) is top attractions in Port Dickson. Fun , Funny, happy, experience and magic. Must Go. The parking depends on the crowd of the day. But you may find lot of parking along the shoplots. The entrance fee was moderate. Not a cheap one of course. RM20 for adult (13years and above) and RM 15 for 12 years old and below. You may found few exhibits on the ground floor. And more on the second floor. If the timing you enter is the peak e.g. during school holiday or weekends, there's a need to wait for other visitor so you can take a picture with the exhibition. Basically the exhibitors already marked where should you stand for your picture. Anyhow.. its up to you if you have your own angle.. the ..."   View

Jengka Wonderland

"Great place with family!

You better come early, even before the counter open because it will be a long queue.

You may bring your own food. You may put your stuff at their provided place but if you want some personal dedicated area you might want to rent their gazebo or their Rumah Hobbit to put your stuff and relax while your kids jumping around.

The area is spacious but easily get crowded if it's in the holidays.

There are food stalls inside and outside the premise of you want to have a bite after truing yourself playing the water slides."

Museum of Royal Malaysian Customs Department

"Nicely maintained museum for a short walk and view. Many items displayed showing Melacca was once an important port for trading. It's free entry and air conditioned. On a rainy day or hot afternoon, the kiddos might also enjoy their stroll in the museum.

It's interesting to find out how people smuggle things through Malaysian custom and the precious goods trying to smuggle through Malaysian custom.

It's also interesting to find out the wages for the custom officers during colonial time.

Good work to the Malaysian Marine Department!"

Fanpekka JB

"Located in Aeon Mall Tebrau City. Our kids and friend's kid of age 2-6 years old likes it, especially girls.

It's clean and well maintained. We like it for the security and SDS cafe attached next to it where adults can relax and have a cup of coffee while kids play. At least this is what we did when meeting up with our friends with kids, where the kids enjoy playing in Fanpekka, parent felt safe leaving them there to play by themself and adults can chit chat at SDS cafe next to it. The kids will run to us for food or drinks when they feel like to, parent can walk out to join them whenever we wish to.

The toilet is extremely clean!! Welldone!"

Bolder Ventures Climbing Gym

Aina Zulkifli

"This gym can cater all climber of any categories. It can be from a young kid beginner to elite climbing athletes. The community is supportive but when your climbing is wrong they will advise. You can gain strength and technique from variety of routes. From V0 till V12. If you are a first time climber, it is best to go with guide package but if you are a regular climber, you don’t need to worry about what route to climb on the wall because they set color coded route. They also have the beastmaker hang board if you plan to do physical/power training. Overall, even though it is a small gym but you definitely can go from just having fun to hardcore training for competition."   View

Kea Farm Market

"A sure place to visit to get your fresh and cheap vegetables, flowers and goods from Cameron Highlands. They have added extra booths and more parking at the opposite side of the junction making it more easy to park your car and walk to the market but they should have made proper pedestrian crossing from the parking to the market as we had to walk a bit far to get to the market as the metal fence blocked our way. The stalls facing the main road were a bit cheaper compared to the stalls facing inward the kea farm market. Got 6 cute succulent plants for RM10 at one of the stalls."   View

Lata Hammer (Perting) Waterfall

"Excellent trip! Easy trail - great for first time or new hikers. 40 min walk on dirt road. The only difficult part is the absail/climb to reach the waterfall pool area from the main hiking trail.

As advised in various blogs - strong currents near the waterfall. Very deep water. We were able to swim right up next to it (with effort!) but there hadn't been rain for days so the current was bearable. Advised against swimming unless you have reliable company and/or rescue equipment such as a throw rope.

Unfortunately still traces of rubbish left by the campsites. Really hope visitors will take back 100% of their trash with them to keep it clean and healthy."

Rockworld

"Good mix of easy and challenging climbs. 1 entry price gets you both boulder and wall climbing. Entry price is per day charge. Multi entry allowed. Slightly out of the way 5mins from Dato Onn. But safe to park as there are security guards at the entrance of the biz park. Bring food/snacks if you planning to climb for hours. Instructors are friendly and helpful. They encourage and help my kids to climb up the wall by the end of our 1st visit. Safety course is simple and effective to learn and use."   View

"The Orchid Garden houses up to 800 species of orchids. The garden comprises a semi circle pergola for the climbing and epiphytic variety and a rock garden for the terrestrial variety.
