in the last weekVisited as a family and we Ioved it. The founder has to be applauded for his effort in bringing this to Malaysia, and what better city than Penang, with its famous food. The displays are very life-like and artistically created indeed. I appreciated how the word play on the walls got us thinking about many different aspects of food, which otherwise appear to be just another part in our everyday life. A minimal fee for entry, with a gift shop and in house photographer too. Nothing interactive though, only to please, sight and mind and possibly tummy, for some.

a week agoGreat display of various local food! Very good place for your gram! The place would be even more great if the staff weren’t standing beside you every second watching your every movement. It was really difficult to enjoy and have any personal space. It’s like they were guarding the Mona Lisa.

a month agoOverall, great experience. The food looks so realistic! Love that they end the experience with us self-reflecting, don't wasting food and take note about the amount of sugar in our daily foods.
Please prepare your MyKad beforehand as they need to check it before you pay for the entrance fee.
Best to visit during weekdays. There's too many people on public holidays 😅 -

4 months agoIt's a good place to learn about local food. Articles are informative. Good if there is a tour guide giving explanation.
