What to Expect?
Located right across the Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel and Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care (previously known as SJMC), Subang Ria Recreational Park is a 53.63 acres lush green park that serves as a green lung of Subang Jaya town.
The core of the park consists of a large beautiful lake (3 lakes to be exact), and the lakes was looped with walking trails nestled among lush green trees and landscaping.
The park is known for its beautiful lake and natural landscapes, and it has numerous recreational facilities and green spaces throughout the trail where locals and tourists can relax and enjoy outdoor activities.
Things to do in Subang Ria Recreational Park Kuala Lumpur
The peaceful and tranquil park is a favorite for locals and Subang visitors alike for sports and recreational activities like brisk walk, jogging, and picnic.
A jog around the full loop would be about 1.1KM, and the trail are mostly paved way - also suitable for cycling.
If you visit in the evening you would be greeted with amazing sunset view
During your picnic at the park, you will enjoy watching the magical views, such as the lush trees including extended spaces of grass places, that fill its surroundings and offer you a nice time with your companions. When you need to get some comfort after a long day, you can use one of the sitting places that are existed everywhere.
If you are not here for exercise, you may simply stroll around the lake and sit on one of its banks. The park is generally well maintained by the Subang Municipal, so it is usually clean.
The Parc Hub
There is also a recent park facility launched by Sime Darby called "Parc Hub".
This is a small community center for the Subangites with some nice decorative statues, as well as cafe that lets visitor grab a cup of coffee right across the peaceful lake. We recommend that you make a stop to just simply wind down and relax your mind, while taking a sip of a coffee.
The next time if you are visiting Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care or nearby area, and find yourself bored and have nothing to do - make a walk across the road to this park to relax yourself and free your mind.

2 weeks agoPeaceful and tranquil park located amongst 3 lakes at the edge of Subang Jaya. It's a nice green lung area to get in some exercise and having a morning picnic with family and friends. You can drive all the way in to explore different parts of the area, or park at the entrance, and take a walk into the park too.

10 months agoGreat park. Most people came here for jogging. 1 round is about 1.15km. Green and clean. Highly recommended for those who wants to jog and enjoy the green. There are people who came here for picnic by the pond as well. However, no public toilet to be found.

After a good workout, head on for a meal and drink at nearby eateries at SS12 or SS15 Subang Jaya.
