ABC Cooking Studio Pavilion Elite KL

"I went for the cooking trial in which I signed up online via their website. I chose to learn to bake the chocolate gateau. Getting to the premise is straightforward and the mall was quiet at 10am in the morning. Started the course at 1015am after a quick check in procedure. There is a locker facility for the guests to store their belonging. As for the course itself, I had fun and it was an easy going class. I love the fact I did not have to bring anything to class but came back with a great recipe and happy tummy. Jasslyn was my instructor and I find her friendly and easy to get along with, hence made my experience super easy."   View

Han Chin Pet Soo Museum

"The museum is located in the old town area of Ipoh. Although it is open to the public, visitors are required to make online reservations in advance as there are limited sessions available each day. Each guided tour session lasts for one hour, and once the session begins, the doors are closed to prevent other visitors from entering. The guides provide articulate and detailed explanations about the history of Ipoh, starting from the migration of the Hakka people to the tin mining era and the dark times of Ipoh's past. The museum consists of three floors with some slightly steep staircases, which might be a bit challenging for elderly visitors. Nevertheless, it is one of the best museums I have ever visited in Malaysia. Even though admission is free, they accept voluntary donations."   View

"What a memorable experience. I won’t go here again! Firstly, we regret paying for the membership. We went there as a group and many of us had guns that were not working properly. They were not well maintained. Next, the staff… the staff attitude were quite memorable they are not helpful, just want to quickly get it over with, talking to us with no eye contact and don’t bother leading us. One of them just said ‘Get in yourself and when it’s over come out yourself’ and went on looking at his PC. There were kids with us and the staff had the same attitude with our kids. Next, make sure you use the toilets at Pyramid because here, the toilets don’t have toilet paper.
We enjoyed ourselves because we had each other. Not because of this place."

Melaka Botanical Garden

"It's free, Which is always a good thing .. but some kind of guide would be good. Instructions in English will help greatly. It's a beautiful place. peaceful. I saw monkeys, I saw a small green snake. Butterflies and more. The mosquitoes will kill you so dont forget the repellent or wear long pants and long sleeves. Moneys will eat everything. Dont feed them. I think it would be great for kids too. There are some challenging mini treks that you can do. Need to pay for those.. but it must be done before 3pm. After 3pm .. no trek challenges."   View

Tiarasa Escapes Glamping Resort

"It was a pleasant experience doing glamping for the first time. Very comfortable and beds were quite nice. A bit on the expensive side and the tentages can definitely do with some cleaning. Bathrooms were exquisite and clean, water pressure was fantastic though there were a couple of electricity outages, probably due to the switching of generators. Food as ok, definitely recommend the Laksa Sarawak, their burger and the ondeh-ondeh.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Small crowd and many things for kids to do. However, wished they were more inclusive guided programs like jungle trekking, bird watching, animal spotting, sing-along campfires that the crowd can choose from.

Overall, really enjoyed ourselves."

"Overall the stay is somehow pleasant. Adv & disadv:-
- Check in - you have to wait as there is only one personnel front desks but she's friendly.
- If you cant live with surfing the net. it is advisable not to stay here as wifi & data line was bad.
- The road during the night was dark and narrow. Saw an accident while staying here but if you drive carefully its ok. There will be no food nearby as drive out to town is about 25mins.
- Rooms are clean but the toilet somehow has unpleasant smell. Please bring your own towel as you need to wait until the evening to get it as their laundry is outsourced. Has shower cap, shampoo and body wash.
- Breakfast - most items are non replenish and please wake up early. Fried rice and fried noodles are nice. Others are so so only.   View

"Airterjun Lata Tembakah @ Tembakah Waterfall -
Located within the Gunung Tebu Forest Reserve in the District of Besut, Terengganu Darul Iman, Malaysia.
It's the most popular waterfall among residents/community of the East Coast Peninsula Malaysia especially from Terengganu, Pahang and Kelantan State. Neither the biggest nor the most beautiful waterfall, not to crowded but worth it, cool and refreshing. ?
Nice place for outdoor and recreations activities like picnicking, camping, hiking and fishing. It also suitable for people who want a privacy and who cherish the unique alike...
The clean, cold and fresh water flows from the top of the cascades in the several streams and pools, if I'm not mistaken there's 5 + levels of waterfalls. Some areas are quite deep, you needful ..."

"Just came back from Tiara escape ?. I love it!

the room.. when I read from page review there are guest complaining on the slippery tiles in the bathroom. The tiles is pretty and nice but when its wet.. normal if it is slippery. I am ok.. just need to be extra carefull, we love pretty things.. and have to live with it sometimes. Heavy rain you need to closed the outside cover since wind will blow the rain into your tent but maybe coz I stayed on the higher tent on hill, risk if it is rainy & windy. It’s nature.. I am ok.

The wifi.. it is weak 1 bar (celcom) but still ok, just hoping if TEG could do something on it.

The overall view.. stunning and I have a peacefull day since I came on weekday.. and I love it. Normal to expect some error when it is full house on..."

Muzium Telekom

"Muzium Telekom, conveniently located near Bukit Nanas, offers free admission and a self-service experience. Although there are no guided tours, the main exhibit, situated on the 1st floor, provides an air-conditioned haven for visitors seeking respite from the hot and humid conditions outside. Despite its compact size, the museum manages to captivate visitors with a variety of interesting exhibits, showcasing the rich history of telecommunications in Malaysia. Within the exhibit center, there is a dedicated floor with numerous benches and bean bags where visitors can relax and unwind. Additionally, the ground floor features art exhibits and a pleasant canopy area with seating, providing a space for visitors to socialize and linger. It’s worth noting that the restaurant on the ground flo..."   View
