Cultural Centre (Gelanggang Seni) Kota Bharu

From February to October they perform traditional activities, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 3:30-5:30PM, and on Saturday 9-11PM Shadow play performance. I went to the cultural centre to watch the Wednesday afternoon performances, and it was a fascinating experience! It was completely free, entertaining, and a way to preserve the culture of the region. The host explained each performance we watched, giving context. I especially loved the art of self defence (pencak silat) demonstration, it was beautiful. There were very few people there, so it would be great if more people would come and support this wonderful initiative!" View

1. Great place for team-building
Cons
1. There's no toilet inside so you'll need to use the mall's toilet instead and I even got locked out once using the other entrance as they closed the main entrance entirely
2. The whack-a-mole (farmer?) game is dangerous as the facilitator didn't tell the opposing team member who's doing the whacking to not do swiping movement. The guy swiped across my face and my entire spectacle flew off from my face and the lens came out from the frame
3. The bicycle pedalling game needs improvement as there's no weight to it when pedalling so you're basically pedalling something weightless and your legs will be out of sync with each other. Don't let me get started on how the raincoat reeks of pungent sweat from earlier contestants<..." View

1. It's better to bring a friend along so you can climb the wall at your own pace along with your friend.
2. You will need the belay tutorial if you want to climb with your friend.
3. If you're going alone, join the group at boulder climbing at the entrance room. It's fun and the staff actively gives you tips on climbing.
4. People here are very mindful of various dangers, so you will see or notice some of the things to watch out to ensure your safety.
5. There was a post-belay course that was like a test to me haha
6. It is a very social place

This garden is good for a picnic, light fishing and kids friendly with accessible entrance. This is also a great place if you wish to spend your evening peacefully. A place you should go often to feel grounded and back at home with a big smile on your face.
I love to go to Cyberjaya Lake Gardens on every Friday after Jumma Prayer just to enjoy the lake." View

The opening period is also very short i.e from 10 am to 5pm only. This is already the year 2019 and it feels worse than the time I usually came here during 2000s during my childhood. It seems that the library has the budget to purchase fancy Apple computer and Xboxes while ignoring the basic necessities such as WiFi and air conditioning. Just like your typical government work style which focuses on form rather than substance. The people who are managing library should be ashamed of themselves." View

First, i and 3 of my buddies planning to camping here about 1 month ago. We just got all the detailed of this waterfall from google.
We drove from kl straight to bentong pahang using old road, which is crossed the Bukit Tinggi and Janda Baik. We reached there at 3.30 a.m and continue driving at off road until reached Kebun Ayah Parking. We parked our car there and continue walking to Latar Hammer, it taked about 45 minutes to reach the river that we hve to crossed. We have to wait until sunrise because too dark for us to see the deep of river.
Finally we manage to get the waterfall at 7.30 a.m which is the first one there. We decided to camping at the sand which is 3/4 meter from wat..." View

If you think your car is durable enough, you can try driving up the dirt road all the way in to Kebun Ayah, and for a fee of RM10 per car, you can use the facilities (shower, toilet, parking etc) at their place. Great place for camping and swimming but death by drowning has occurred before so always keep an eye for your little ones if they plan to go for a dip!" View
Kids Nation Mont Kiara

The kids section is new and very good - they have trampolines, slides and spinning cups as well as all the usual Explorer-playground things (which is 3 levels). Kids always have a good time here, and they also have story times sometimes in the library.
Unfortunately if you want to incorporate lunch here then I advise to go somewhere else or bring your own. The lunch area is very average, and is also not in a location where you can watch your children. The menu is terrible (pot noodles, nuggets, chips) and the service is poor. Some of the senior staff here also don't have a good manner, but the rest of the staff are friendly.
Price is OK for weekdays, but you might find it expensive on weekends. My advice is have lunch somewhe..." View

Kids had a lot of fun, being busy playing while the adults get to eat and hang out. The bubbles are great entertainment for everyone and are a big hit. The rides are also a nice attraction too.
If you are planning to have a party here, consider getting outside catering as their in-house caterer may be cheap, but not great in terms of quantity and taste. We ended up ordering outside food. But overall great party venue with nice views, highly recommend." View
Galeria Perdana

There is everything from congratulatory medals to African carvings to Chinese pottery to classic cars to golfing trophies. The only common thread to these pieces is that they were all at one time owned by the same man.
Many of the pieces were interesting, and the museum is well designed. The infrastructure has not been kept up as well as it might have been, but still an outstanding display.
And I was amazed that the prime minister made a point of displaying all of these pieces for the public to view. In my mind, every Malaysian should make a point to see this exhibit as a part of recent local history." View
