Introduction
Riverside Janda Baik sits on a 3 acre land and it provides visitors with recreational facilities for family picnic, camping and a accommodation in the form of chalet.

Riverside Janda Baik is established in 2008 and is managed by Riverside Janda Baik Sdn. Bhd. Privately owned, it is a family business making it a family affair and get together place every now and then.
There are recreational activities to be offered in the site, otherwise you can just enjoy a quiet and peaceful family outing and urban escape in this facility.

3 weeks agoWe planned to rent 2 double-storey huts by the river for Aidil Adha holiday. Riverside does not accept advance booking for the huts, so we drove at 7am from KL so that we would arrived around 8am, the time Riverside office is opened. We immediately booked the huts that we wanted.
The ground floor of the hut is tiled open space that is facing the river. Great for eating with the family. BBQ pit is available but have to bring your own charcoal and grill pan.
The top floor of the hut is more unique with bamboo -weaved wall and windows and a balcony facing the river. There is a fan, a light, 2 single mattresses and 2 pillows.
The rent per hut is RM70 + RM50 deposit. We can stay until 6pm. There is an option to stay overnight until 2.30 pm the next day, just add RM20 to the rent.
The common toilets and surau are on the other side of the road.
There is a Malay restaurant which is closed due to hari raya. There is also a small shop selling snacks, mats and toys besides the Registration office. You can also rent tubes from the Registration office. -

3 months agoOne of my favorite place to spend weekends. The place is beside the mountain river. There are small cottages for rent just at the river bank where bbq arrangement is available! A perfect place to spend good time with family and friends. There is a local restaurant serves good local food. They also do bbq during lunch.

4 months agoMy family trip was planned 4 days before 11-12 March (Sat&Sun) and managed to book 3 rooms. The place was crowded becoz of school holiday especially the river when we arrived. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with porch to sit and BBQ pit at the side. The customer service here was great & helpful, I requested rooms closest to river and we got them! We also have our parking space near our rooms.
There are downsides as well, check-in late (3pm) and check-out early (12pm). A bit costly for a night (RM200 above) and put another RM100 for deposit. BBQ equipment not provided except pit and faulty water heater. -

5 months agoThe place is okay clean and tidy. It has 2 toilets for visitors that are going for a picnic and just rent gazebos. The gazebos are really on the riverside and have their own bbq place. But you need to bring your own charcoal and clean up after you finish. The river is okay for children to enjoy but not deep for adults to swim.
