Introduction
More of a retail nursery, Cactus Point is one of the best places you can go to see how Cactus is grown and perhaps take home with you. As the name implies, you will be able to find everything you need to know about cactus under one roof.
What to Expect?
The nursery is located further up the Cameron Highlands plateau, a few miles beyond Brinchang. If you've always wanted to get a cactus for your home or simply love looking at them, you can find cactus in many shapes and sizes here.
As you enter Cactus Point, you would notice that its main attraction is in the center where all the various cactus plants are placed prominently. On the left is a section for all the popular flowers and on the right a small section of strawberry. All of them are for sale, including the miniature cacti as souvenirs. They are easy to care for.
Here, you will find at least hundreds of different cactuses. You will expect these plants to come in very unique sizes and shapes because unlike flowers, cactuses grow very differently. You can buy a plant and bring home with you from as low as RM2 while some which are more exotic will cost more.
The best way to get here is by car especially if you intend to buy some plants to take home with you. Entry to the farm is free of charge and it opens very early in the morning around 8.00am. Cactus Point is open throughout the day until 6.00pm when it starts to get dark.
There is a nursery operated by Cactus Point. There, you can browse the many items on display like souvenirs, crafts and other items. If you are looking for gardening items like pots, fertilizers and vases, they have quite a large variety here too. Meanwhile, take some time to visit the mini-exhibition where you can learn more about what this unique plant is all about, how is it grown and such.

3 weeks agoCactus point and cactus valley are 2 very different places. Cactus point is free entrance, no parking charges and is the one closer to kea farm market. Abundant choices of cactus and plants to choose and buy. Staffs are friendly and a great place to stop by to look at the cactus. Bought my cactus 4 for rm10 and it has now grown up quite a bit after 2 weeks.

a month agoPeople are saying free entry but I paid 8myr (i walked in) and lady at the counter didnt say anything...
regardless, amazing cacti farm and nursery! so many unique flowers and areas to take beautiful photos and selfies! can easily spend an hour or two here.
what species are there? not sure, wish they had labels for them. But i wont spoil the surprise! succulents, orchids, flowers, hanging and potted, everything!
its connected to big red strawberry farm with free entry! they had a strawberry and lettuce farm that you can self-pick which i didn't see anyone doing. instead, everyone was faening over the strawberry cafe! wide array of sweet and savoury strawberry dishes like their strawberry drinks and chicken wrap with strawberry sauce.
many seats at the cafe to rest, and an arcade for the kids.
