2 weeks agoWe visited on a very hot weekday, parking was easy and not too many people around so we could walk around and enjoy the lush surroundings in peace. Free entry. The cafe was lovely but a tad expensive, cashless payment only. Bought some orchids and tanduk rusa — happy with my purchase.

a month agoLots of nice orchids on display. Prices are acceptable, and services to make a display piece by order is available.
Coffee and food prices are as in photo.
Huge fans used to ventilate and cool down the dining area. -

4 months agoRelaxing and enjoyable for a day trip out on a weekday. Love the cafe as it is comfortable, surrounded by greens and orchids. The food is reasonably priced, balanced in selection and not bad. Good coffee as well!
As for the orchids, they are really lovely to enjoy but do not expect to see rare or super special collections as they grow commercial orchids and is not a house of orchid collection. -

3 weeks agoSharing our experienced during our 3rd times visit in a World Phalaenopsis/ Ulu Yam it’s such a big disappointment experienced indeed!
The moment we enter the gate, the staff at front gate question us if what we gonna do inside? ?
That in my understanding it’s open for public to buy orchids and enjoy the ambiance at cafeteria area. But all of sudden rules and regulations has changed, visitors are allowed to roam around for just 30 minutes only. ( But, we have no choice we have to leave without half in hour. What a waste of time traveling from far way place suppose to enjoy the ambiance of the cafeteria. So we exit with unhappy heart! )
Hope the management will take notice on this matter so that not offend more visitors. Thank you. -

a year agoA must-visit place if you’re within Ulu Yam, or nearby. Admission is free and the place was absolutely beautiful with well-maintained orchids everywhere. The prices for which the plants were sold for was also reasonable!
There’s a cafe within the place with good quality food and a lovely ambiance (again with plants and orchids all over - very insta worthy!) ^^
